  • Q: What are the interior details of apartments, i.e. fixtures, layout and design?

    A: The upcoming residential project PBEL City by Incor Infrastructure has some unique designs planned for decorating its interiors. The structures comprising the apartments are built in such a way as to be earthquake resistant. The wall and ceiling finishes in the interiors are done with a coating of acrylic emulsion whereas the outer walls are coated with weatherproof exterior grade cement paint. Vitrified tiles are used in the drawing, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen whereas ceramic tiles are used in the bathrooms and corridors. Doors are made of teak wood whereas the frames are made of hardwood with flush shutters and paint finishes. Moreover, UPVC framed glazed sliding doors are used for balconies and windows. The kitchen comprises of granite counter with stainless steel sink and power points. There are properly installed electrical wires and points for various electronics around the apartment with different connectivity points for televisions and telephones. The bathrooms have provisions for geysers and branded CP fittings. There is also a superior quality piping arrangement for water supply and painted hand railings for staircases and balconies. The Elevators can carry up to 13 passengers and fire safety measures include automatic sprinkler system at stilt floor, fire hydrant system and portable fire extinguishers. Lastly, there is also a generator for power backup and most of the common passages are lighted by the help of investors.

    A: PBEL City is an upcoming residential project built by Incor Infrastructure. The project is said to be ready to accommodate in December 2020. The configurations are 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in the 6 towers comprising 14 floors. There is also an open area of about 80%. The project is also registered under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The project is designed while keeping in mind the necessities and requirements for the luxurious living of people from all age groups. There are different provisions made for serving persons belonging to various age groups. There are facilities for children, middle-aged and senior citizens too. The project is child-friendly in various ways. Firstly there is a dedicated and allotted Children’s Play Area, then there are different courts for playing various games and sports such as the Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Cricket Pitch, Lawn Tennis Court, Multipurpose Court, Skating Rink, Squash Court, Swimming Pool, and Volley Ball Court. There is also a Creche or Day Care for the infants and a school for the children within its precincts as well as in the neighborhood. The number of services and facilities for the children makes it a child-friendly project which is a plus point for it to be a highly demandable residential complex. Checking for children’s needs is a basic necessity of the parents before purchasing a house and if this factor gives approval then there is nothing that could bring down the apartment.     Luxury at its best.
    Never before had I experienced the sight of such a lavish apartment that I was totally carried away with the size and designs of it. They are enormous and the open area in the garden is also very huge which adds an extra exquisite beauty to the apartments. I was totally pleased with the complex and the various modern and advanced facilities that I decided to get an apartment there for which I have also applied for a home loan in order to book one for myself.     There is good connectivity with the roads
    Transportation services are a key feature of a housing complex. A residential project could only be successfully carried out if there is a good network of roads connecting it to the main parts of the city facilitating easy transportation. Not just private vehicles but public transporting ways are also required. We planned to visit via public transportation and we reached there traveling via the Old Mahabalipuram Road which is also known as the Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway and returned via the Kelambakkam Main Road.     Ample spaces for children to enjoy
    PBEL City has abundant facilities for the children which undoubtedly crowns it a child-friendly project. I personally went through the entire complex and witnessed how the dedicated workers were engrossed in setting up the various play area and court for the children. There is also a spa which anyone could make use of. There are also sit-outs for senior citizens. The garden area is also quite pleasing which serves as a beautiful and soothing view from the balconies and windows of the apartments. There is also a restaurant and we also could connect to the free Wi-Fi connectivity.

    Seemed safe and the security staff is also strict
    The Gated Community has some really dedicated staff that are very keen on their work. We were interrupted at the entrance to enquire into our probing into the complex and only after getting assurance were we allowed to probe in to share a glimpse of the most awaited residential project in the zone. This feature certainly approved of it being a safe and secure environment where one could peacefully reside with their family without any fear of insecurity and offenses.     Spacious and well-planned
    It can be said that much of the work has been implemented and on a scale of 100, 80% of the work is complete. Hopefully, the remaining 20% will be implemented soon to make the project ready by 2020. As much as we have observed by the current status of the project while surveying it is that it is going to be one of the most prominent homes in the Kelambakkam area of south Chennai. The apartments are huge and the open space is also extensive for you to experience a peaceful and uninterrupted living.
