This property market has an excellent accessibility to NH-8 and South Delhi via the -Faridabad Expressway. This stretch starts from hotel Bristol Chowk on MG Road and goes direct till Sectors 55-56, it connects to Gurgaon-Sohna Road.
Golf Course Extension have built golf-themed apartments and luxury villas set amidst green expanses, most of which have secured approval from GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment). And almost all projects launched and completed before the ‘luxury syndrome’ hit Gurgaon, this side is peppered with non-luxury projects and dominated by plotted areas/builder floors. Many builders and developers have launched Nirvana Country, the premium villa township is an exception to this. Fairly large number of plots in HUDA sectors and SL II/III are vacant. Infrastructure is not that great – since this side is among the less well-planned areas, though it impacts different projects differently.
Many projects in Luxury and Ultra-luxury category, this is happening – though undeveloped – side of GCX. Projects in different stages of construction, different unit types, and very strong value proposition for end-users and investors are available in this relatively well-planned area. This is among the most livable and well-connected area among the under-development locations in Gurgaon. There are plenty of choices with lower luxury quotient and builder floors/plotted townships. Markets & Shopping: 
Daily needs are more than adequately served by existing markets in Nirvana Country, SL II/II, HUDA Sectors – though might be a concern for projects in backend sectors on the side. Shopping areas on Sohna Road and Golf Course Road are easily accessible.
Institutional and Commercial Areas: Many institutional and commercial areas are planned, and multiple projects are nearing completion, though occupancy is close to zero and it will take a long time for GCX to become a vibrant commercial hub. Many schools have started operations or are coming up quickly and schools in other parts of Gurgaon are easily accessible.
 

Infrastructure: 
Generally, wide roads, especially on the side, and pro-active infra development (by Gurgaon standards) make it a very good location to live in. Rapid Metro connectivity on Golf Course Road plus widening of Golf Course Road to make a signal-free ride to NH8 is other big pluses.
