Central is the oldest and closest residential market to Delhi and has good connectivity by road. The sectors in are Sector- 52 to Sector-122. Most of these sectors are saturated with industrial plots and residential plots allotted by development authority. This part of Noida is ideal for investment in residential properties because of its better connectivity with the commercial hub, metro station (Noida City Center) and with other parts of the Delhi NCR. Infosys is also planning to start the construction of its largest campus in Noida.  Samsung is already inaugurated its world's largest mobile phone factory in Noida it will also boost the property market in this region.


Connectivity:
Noida city center metro station is 2.5 km away which connects with Delhi and over 50% of the total population travels to Delhi every day. Proximity with Noida Expressway also helped the daily commuters to travels in other parts of the Delhi NCR.
