According to the plan, the initial phase of the project consists of three corridors namely the North-South Corridor, East-west Corridor, and the Gomtinagar link. Moreover, an IT park has been planned under the aegis of LIDA at the Amausi Industrial area. To foster walk-to-work concept, the IT Park includes service apartments along with office spaces by incorporating almost all the public amenities into properties in Lucknow for sale.
