Chicago is considered the 12th most expensive city in the United States of America with a median per sq. ft price at $230, but in comparison to world cities such as Hongkong, Toronto, Sydney it is relatively cheaper. According to “UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index” in 2017, Chicago stands at -0.66 stating the market is undervalued.
