Godrej Properties announces new projects in NCR and Bangalore


Godrej Properties Limited is one of the foremost real estate developers in the country and has added three new projects in Bangalore and NCR. There are two projects announced for Bangalore and one for Noida. Godrej Properties Limited has ventured into a joint venture with the Sai Srushti Group for the development of a land parcel of 100 acres on the National Highway 648 which is near North Bangalore’s Devanahalli Town. This is a highway linking several areas in Bangalore between the western and southern parts of the city. This will be the very first plotted development venture from Godrej Properties and around 2 lakh sq. metres will be developed in this project.

North Bangalore is one of the major residential markets in the Garden City and offers easy access to quality social infrastructure and amenities. There are several realty projects that are coming up in this zone and the project site is well connected to the upcoming Aerospace SEZ, the IT & Hardware Park and the Bangalore International Airport. The project will offer easy access to major industrial and commercial zones along the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. This will be the 16th project from the company in the city.

The second Bangalore project is a joint venture proposition with the Lahari Music Group’s promoters. This project aims at developing 17 acres of land and this can be scaled up to 24 acres. The project is located at Electronic City Phase I and the primary Wipro Campus at South Bangalore lies near it. Godrej Properties Limited is planning to develop 1.3 million sq. metres and this can be increased to 2 million sq. ft. Electronic City is one of Bangalore’s micro markets with several realty projects and infrastructural developments coming up here. The project site is located adjacent to offices of several major companies like HCL, Wipro and Infosys. There is great connectivity to the NICE Ring Road, Electronic City Flyover, Hosur Main Road, Silk Board Junction, upcoming E-City metro station and Hosur Main Road through the Wipro Avenue Road.

This will be the 17th project from Godrej Properties Limited in the city. The third project from the company will be located along the Noida Expressway. Godrej Properties Limited will be coming up with a group housing project as a joint venture with the Ace Group. The project will be offering around 1.6 lakh sq. metres in terms of saleable area. This project offers good connectivity to the Noida metro station and Noida Expressway.
