Leederville offers a vibrant and flourishing community for homebuyers. Hamersley is another area which is doing very well. Here, median home prices have touched $533, 750, making it an affordable suburb for home seekers.
Nedlands is another major suburb which is part of the Western Suburbs and offers several lifestyle amenities to residents. The area has a median home price of $1.635 million which indicates an increase of 5.1%. Shenton Park is another prime residential suburb and is the highest selling suburb in Perth at present for homes. Median prices have already reached $1.146 million here and premier lifestyles on offer.

Floreat is another popular residential suburb in Perth with a median price of $1.35 million and growth of 4.7% in pricing. The area is located near major areas like Subiaco and West Leederville and offers ample infrastructure as well.
