Rajapushpa Properties which is part of the diversified business conglomerate based in Hyderabad, has confirmed three new real estate projects. These include a luxury villa project, a residential high-rise venture and an IT Park in the city’s financial district. The total investment for these projects will be around Rs. 650 crore which will be raised through customer funds, bank loans and internal accruals as per reports. Leading badminton player PV Sindhu has also come on-board as the company’s brand ambassador.

Rajapushpa Regalia is a residential project with three towers in Gachibowli-Kokapet along the Outer Ring Road. Rajapushpa Greendale is the project offering luxury villas and The Summit will be the commercial IT Park building which will offer more than 5 lakh sq. ft. as per reports. The company is known for its strict approach towards quality control and timely delivery of units. The IT Park will have lease options and will be a major commercial space in the heart of the financial district.

The Hyderabad real estate market has been showing definite revival signs over the last few quarters and has shrugged off the temporary lull witnessed earlier this year. Experts feel that the market will pick up more due to the transparency ushered in by major reforms like GST and RERA. Rajapushpa Properties is also considering affordable housing projects if the suitable land bank is available for the same. Real estate developers in the city are awaiting more clarity on such projects over the next 5-6 months or so.

PV Sindhu has already been residing at a Rajapushpa built property over the last three years. The Olympic medal winning athlete symbolizes the quest for growth and perfection which Rajapushpa Properties aims at harnessing in the near future.
