Sachin Tendulkar’s bungalow is designed with ten spacious rooms and state-of-the-art amenities. The lower basement accommodates parking for at least 50 vehicles, while the upper basement houses the kitchen, the servants’ quarters, and a master surveillance area for security purposes.

The property reveals itself behind magnificent wooden double doors with geometric carvings juxtaposed with black marble flooring and potted plants set on each side of the doors making an imposing grand entry. Prakash Sapre, the architect designed a Vastu-centric house and implemented various modern elements according to the cricketer’s desires.
