Most new options require high upfront costs and lead to long-term EMI stress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to industry estimates, an annual income of \u20b922 lakh qualifies you for the top 1% of earners in India. This means that even some of the wealthiest individuals must allocate a significant portion of their salaries over a decade to afford a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.squareyards.com\/sale\/3-bhk-for-sale-in-gurgaon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3BHK apartment<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, there are still affordable options.
