Beyond easing daily travel, the highway is expected to unlock fresh opportunities for housing, logistics, industrial development and commercial investment across New Gurugram, Manesar, Pataudi and Rewari, making it one of the region&#8217;s most closely watched infrastructure projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Gurugram-Rewari Highway route and timeline<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The new four-lane highway will create a direct link between the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.squareyards.com\/dwarka-expressway-in-gurgaon-overview-267\"> Dwarka Expressway<\/a> and the KMP Expressway, reducing dependence on congested city roads through Gurugram and Manesar. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.squareyards.com\/new-gurgaon-in-gurgaon-overview-266\">New Gurugram<\/a>, average residential prices stand at Rs 12,000 (psf), while average rentals are around Rs 24 (psf), with a rental yield of 2.40%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Further along the corridor, Sector 88B has an average apartment price of Rs 12,800 (psf), reflecting sustained buyer interest due to its proximity to the upcoming highway. Manesar records an average apartment price of Rs 11,850 (psf), average rentals of Rs 89 (psf), and one of the strongest rental yields in the region at 9.01%, supported by its industrial and employment base.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.squareyards.com\/imt-manesar-in-gurgaon-overview-10725\">IMT Manesar<\/a> remains comparatively affordable, with average apartment prices of Rs 8,050 (psf), average rentals of Rs 56 (psf), and a rental yield of 8.35%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">These figures indicate that the Gurugram-Rewari corridor is supported by both end-user housing demand and a strong rental market, particularly around established industrial locations.
