Rising investments in AI, cloud computing and enterprise digitisation are expected to accelerate this growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The impact is likely to extend beyond data centre campuses. Square Yards identifies a <\/span><b>5\u201315 km \u201cGolden Ring\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> around these facilities as a potential hotspot for residential and commercial development.
