Homebuyers can now fulfill their dream of owning a home in Delhi’s posh residential locations. Delhi Development Authority brings luxury flats and penthouses under DDA Housing Scheme 2021.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch date of DDA Housing Scheme 2021 – January 2, 2021, brings the much-awaited housing scheme of the year. The new housing scheme offers luxury flats, penthouses with terrace gardens and world-class finishing in 14-storey buildings. The authority has allocated around 1,354 flats for sale in Delhi\u2019s Manglapuri, Sector 19B Dwarka, and Jasola in the MIG Category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to Expect from the DDA Housing Scheme 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To add to the convenience of people, this time the scheme will remain open till February 2021. This way, people will have enough time in hand to visit the sample DDA flats. Moreover, this will also result in minimising crowd during site visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The scheme is associated with the credit-linked subsidy scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana \u2013 Housing for All (Urban).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The authority has also introduced a special clause<\/strong> according to which, the applicants are free to choose their desired flat. They only need to pay preferential location charges (PLC) which will be 1.5%-3% of the total cost of the flat.<\/em> For example- For Green Facing, Corner Location, Ground Floor and Main Road Facing flats the applicant will need to pay 3% of the total cost as PLC.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special Features<\/strong> <\/em>– As per DDA officials, there will multi-level basement parking provided with three parking slots for each flat. The complexes will also have a three-tier in-house water management model, rainwater harvesting. The new complexes will also have modern lighting techniques and elevators for taller buildings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the Procedure for Applying for DDA Flats?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Online Application for DDA Housing Scheme 2021<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DDA Housing Scheme 2021 \u2013 virtually launched by Anurag Jain, DDA Vice Chairman has been made completely online. The whole application process – starting from the processing to the possession of flats can be done through the DDA AWAAS software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You need to follow a simple procedure for applying for DDA Housing Scheme 2021.<\/li>
  • Log in to DDA e-services platform \u2013 select DDA Housing Scheme 2021<\/li>
  • Click on Registration and you will be redirected to submit your details \u2013 Aadhaar Card, PAN Number, Mobile Number etc. You will receive an OTP for confirmation.<\/li>
  • Once registered, you will have to login using your PAN.<\/li>
  • After Successful login, you can see the application form displayed on your screen along with the options like – DDA Scheme, AWAS Application, My Payment.<\/li>
  • Fill in your details pertaining to the bank account, address, joint application in the application form.<\/li>
  • Upload yours and your joint applicant\u2019s scanned photograph and signature.<\/li>
  • Go through the contents of the declaration at the bottom of the page, select the check box, and submit the application form in submit\/save draft mode.<\/li>
  • Registration amount can be paid through net banking or NEFT\/RTGS. The payment method option will appear on the next screen and will be visible while submitting the form. The payment link can also be seen on the left side in \u2018Awas Application Link.\u2019<\/li>
  • E-Challan with application form no. and amount appears after choosing bank name and payment method. The process is completed once you make the payment.<\/li>
  • In case you pick the NEFT\/RTGS option, it is important to select a bank for generating the challan and then submit it. The challan is displayed on the next screen. Take the printout of the challan and deposit the registration amount.<\/li>
  • Similarly, on selecting the \u2018net banking\u2019 option, you would need to select a bank for making your payment online through the desired bank\u2019s website.<\/li>
  • Find your Acknowledgement Slip in the \u2018My Payment\u2019 option and print it once the payment is completed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2021<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you plan to invest in a DDA Flat in Delhi, you have to go through the following checklist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • You have to be an Indian citizen above 18 years of age.<\/li>
    • You must not own any residential unit larger than 67 Square Metres in the urban area of Delhi, New Delhi, or Delhi Cantonment under your or your spouse\u2019s name, dependent relations, which also include unmarried children.<\/li>
    • Only one application is allowed by one person.<\/li>
    • Both husband and wife can apply separately for the flat. But if both are selected, only one can retain the flat.<\/li>
    • If you wish to apply for more than one category, then remember the application money for the higher category should be paid.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Registration Fee for Flats Under DDA Housing Scheme 2021<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      For booking EWS Flats you have to shell out \u20b925,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      LIG Flats attract a registration fee of \u20b91,00,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For booking MIG\/HIG Flats you will have to pay \u20b92,00,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Registration Fee for Janta Flats stands at \u20b910,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      DDA Housing Scheme 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The applicants of DDA Housing Scheme 2019 can check the results of the lottery draw as issued on July 23, 2019 on DDA’s official website. Applicants can check the list of winners and shortlisted buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
