Agar Nagar is a locality in the extreme western part of Delhi, quite close to the Delhi border. The locality is well-planned, and one can find affordable real estate options in this area as it is yet in its developing phase. The social infrastructure is decent, and the locality is well connected to the National Capital Region (NCR) by the Rohtak road nearby and the green line of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) that passes over it. There are several hospitals and parks in close range from the locality. The Mundka metro station is the nearest metro station on the green line of DMRC. 1 BHK and 2 BHK are the common housing configuration, and the locality consists of mostly builder floor apartments that are affordable as the location is not that prominent and at quite some distance from the central region of New Delhi.
