It is among the most upscale neighborhoods in Chennai. There is not any issues of electric power cut by company. And one more important thing is that there is not any issue of traffic jam. So due to that benifit we feel more comfortable in that area. That area was too good. In this area there is all well maintained roads by government sector. So there was not an issue in season of rain. We can easily travel in rainy season. And one more important thing is that there is near by police station available. So it is too safe to walk in street in late night. Because cops were frequently doing petrolling in night. And because of that we can feel free from thief. There is 3 schools around near alwarpet. So it's nice to stay in alwarpet.Though Alwarpet has it's good number of perks, there are some cons which are to be considered. The cost of living is comparatively high. Read More

Alwarpet is a residential zone in central Chennai and is a part of the greater Teynampet region.I was living in Alwar pet in 2021. But due to my job issue i need to left that society. I felt too bad to left that society. When i was living there, there is not any issues of electric power cut by company. And one more important thing is that there is not any issue of traffic jam. So due to that benifit we feel more comfortable in that area. That area was too good. In this area there is all well maintained roads by government sector. So there was not an issue in season of rain. We can easily travel in rainy season. And one more important thing is that there is near by police station available.
