MARKET ANALYSIS- GODREJ 24 VS OTHERS

 

  1. All projects in and around a radius of 5 Km from Godrej 24 are by small city-based developers. Godrej 24 is the only project in the area that offers a credible brand name
  2. If you move a little farther to a distance of about 10-12 Km, there are few projects by Sobha Developers, probably the only established brand in the surroundings of Godrej. These include projects like Sobha Dream Acres, Sobha Jasmine and Sobha Hibiscus.
