The CIDCO will also be developing several nodes in Navi Mumbai under its Smart City Mission and this will boost Karanjade as well. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport lies around 43.4 kilometres away from the area while the Central railway station lies 47.6 kilometres away from it.
