The build quality of the apartments are the most notable feature, if you ask me. Light colors, tan furniture, and soft lighting makes my 142 sq. ft. studio look pretty spacious, and it’s especially nice that there’s lots of windows for fresh sunlight.

It’s a little tough getting used to the small carpet area but I’ve managed okay. It also really helps that the community here is absolutely great. The neighbours are very friendly and often invite me over for dinner. Management is pretty quick to help with problems too.

Large green areas are all around Xrbia Eiffel City. Cleaning services are provided as well as maintenance staff and a medical facility, along with the standard electricity backup for outages and 24/7 water. They also allow pets here, so I’m thinking about getting a small dog.

I’m a single guy living alone for the first time and I wanted a place that would fit my budget (I’ve saved up for a lot of years so I could give my parents some privacy). I was a little skeptical at first but I ended up buying a studio apartment in Xrbia Eiffel City Phase 2, and I’m loving the place.

One problem I have with this development is that there’s no swimming pool. I enjoyed the pool at my parents’ development. It’s not worth choosing a different place though, so I’ll have to get used to it. Besides, the other amenities are pretty nice.

I have been living here for 13 years in my own house. All the basic amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, banks, ATMs, shops, and markets are nearby the location. This is a famous industrial area for that reason many workers from all parts of India. Due to the presence of industrial areas, this place suffers from heavy traffic.

This area is a good locality area with good connectivity with other parts of the city and all the major transports are available here. The people are helpful and welcoming in nature which makes the atmosphere reliable for outsiders. The presence of various industries leads to industrial waste within the local area and makes the place polluted.

I had been living here for 12 years in this place. This place is a famous industrial region with a great vision for the future. The roads are well maintained with proper street lights and the local security is good enough. This place is a well-known industrial area with a promising vision. This place has good connectivity with other parts of the city and has all modes of public transport.
