This apartment has so much to offer at its price. I have come across other properties but none offers the same amenities. There is a swimming pool and also a kid’s pool. I am into outdoor activities and spend several hours playing badminton and volleyball. The gymnasium is incredibly good. There are indoor sports like billiards and table tennis.

This is a well-thought-out project which is strategically situated in Navi Mumbai. It is well connected to all the primary locations of the city. There are important railway stations within walking distance. There are colleges, schools and hospitals nearby.

Juhi Serenity has an amazing floor plan and I love how big the living room is and how well it is positioned. You can even have a dining corner in the living room. The ambience is subtle and nice. I also like the continuation of the balcony from the living room. It will also give you an uninterrupted garden view.

As a resident, I can say that Ghansoli is a very nice locality with all kinds of facilities available. There are several options for public transport, and autos and cabs are very easily available. So far, I have not experienced major power cuts or issues with the water supply. The streets are well-lit and safe at night. A few years ago, I had to leave Ghansoli for work. However, my experience in that locality was very good. I had very good access to public transport and the roads were wide and very well-maintained. I never experienced traffic jams and commuting was easy. However, garbage was a major concern in the internal colonies of Ghansoli and there were parking issues as well. Ghansoli is a very convenient locality and it has very good connectivity to all the major points of the city. The local people have very good access to public transport and has very close proximity to Reliance Corporate IT park, and the Ghansoli Railway Station. There are many shopping centers in the locality such as Star Market, Reliance Fresh, DMart, Reliance Smart, and DMart Ready fulfilling the needs of the local people.
