I recently sold my mother’s house for her and bought her anapartment at the Orchard Residency with some of the money.She wanted me to write a review for the place, so keep in mindmost of what you’re hearing is what I saw on the tour I took withher.

At first glance, the Orchard Residency looked great. It was clean,well kept, and extremely well outfitted with everything a personwould need. My mom looked happy, especially since thedevelopment is spread over a stunning stretch of green landsmack dab in the Mumbai Central Suburbs.

She ended up getting a 2BHK apartment that was about 1225 sq.ft. and since then I’ve stayed at her spare room quite a bit.Something me and my mom both agree on is that the park has tobe the best feature.

The rooms are amazingly well made in a foreign constructionstyle, but the 12 acres of relaxing, fresh green parks is enough totake your breath away. I spent a couple hours down in the jacuzziand was surprised to find it was just as luxurious as a spa.There’s also a cute outdoor cafe on the grounds where you cangrab a cup of coffee.

As for amenities, it’s the same as everywhere else: a powerbackup for when outages happen (one of the main reasons I soldmy mom’s house was because of how often outages happenedand we had to use an inverter) and 24*7 water supply.

It's a very good society with connectivity
