It almost has all the good facilities. But, we do not have any swimming poll. The builders should construct a swimming pool because this is a must. I am looking forward to this upgradation in the complex.

I am also pleased with the security facilities of this place. There are security cameras installed in all the nooks and corners of this complex. There are guards stationed at the entrance 24*7. There have been many days when I have gone for night walks without any fear.

There is adequate space for the residents to go jogging or ride bicycles. There is adequate space for people to go for their morning walk. We can also enjoy nature because of the large green area associated with this place.

This project has all the required amenities. There is a gymnasium, kids' playground and badminton court within the complex. There is also a volleyball court in this place. This is great because parents like us can enroll their kids in different kinds of sports activities.

Ratnaakar Richmond Grand is a great place to live. This complex already is well occupied by people and the majority of the apartments are either booked or occupied. All the apartments have great interiors and are built with quality materials.
