The apartments are pretty big and one of the best that I have come across in Navi Mumbai. I am happy with what I have been offered at this price.

I have just moved into this apartment with my family and this place caters to each of our requirements. My daughter’s school is only a few minutes away from my home and some of my favorite shopping malls are located nearby. The evenings are mostly spent at the pay area with my daughter. It is an amazing experience.

I find the Neelsidhi Amarante safe and convenient. It offers 24x7 security and power backup. I am also happy with the 24x7 supply of treated water. This apartment is well connected with prime locations of Mumbai and makes conveyance easier.

Neelsidhi Amarante got me hooked on it because of the amenities it offers. I love the tranquillity of the yoga areas. It would be nice to have a gym inside the complex. But at this price with various facilities, it's worth it. There is a tennis court as well and my teenage son loves playing on the weekends. Being a resident of Kalamboli, I have no complaints so far. There are many good hospitals, educational institutes, markets, clinics, and shopping malls in close vicinity. The nearest commercial hub is only 10 km away at Belapur CBD. However, the shortage of water is a critical issue in this locality and the local people rely on water tankers. I have recently rented an apartment in Kalamboli and so far, my experience is very good. It has very good proximity to employment hubs and therefore, the locality is very popular among the tenant community. It has very good connectivity with Sion- Panvel Highway, NH-66, NH-48, and Mumbai-Pune Expressway. However, the monsoon is difficult with waterlogging and poor road conditions.
