Our apartment is actually very thoughtfully designed. Living room is wide and seems quite big compared to our last place. There is a pooja room along with two enclosed balconies so we can enjoy the fresh air. The toilets are a little small but we can deal with that.

I was surprised to see that the price was as low as it was. A lot of 800sq.ft. apartments (ours is 811sq.ft. 2bhk one) are very expensive in Pune but Kumar Piccadilly offers solid choices for people with a tight budget.

I bought a 2bhk apartment here for me and my mother two weeks ago and I’m very pleased with how the experience has been so far. Needed somewhere quiet, spacious, and cheap, and Kumar Piccadilly seems to provide that exactly. The park areas around the development are a nice perk too.

Amenities here are standard, not extravagant. There is power backup for when the electricity is cut, and water supply 24/7. My mother really appreciates the lift since she has arthritis and can’t climb stairs easily. Security is present at the main gate 24/7.

Piccadilly also has a few leisure facilities for tenants. My mother prefers staying home but I go down to the clubhouse most evenings to chat with the other neighbors. There’s also a swimming pool and gymnasium for us, but I haven’t used either much. Have noticed they are kept very clean and well maintained, however.

Nice location to live , all necessary things are around the corner ,good connectivity, green, school, colleges, hospitals are nearby, metro station, big shopping malls

The only off thing about Wakad is its water issue. The locality has seen a water scarcity crisis many times in the past few years. Moreover, water logging problems during the peak rainy season create challenges in traffic bottlenecks. But the locality is very well planned and is perfect for a comfortable and peaceful family residential area with all conveniences at its disposal. Read More

Wakad's Pink City Road has grown into a significant business district in recent years. the best location for business. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Its accessibility is further aided by its location near key districts like Hinjewadi, Balewadi, and Thergaon as well as IT clusters off the Mumbai- Pune Highway.
