Rustomjee Urbania is located close to many important areasof the Thane West city. The project is currently in a Readyto Move project. I were searching for a project that isaround 1000 sq ft and in good budget, then the projectseemed suitable for me.

Rustomjee Urbania offers contemporary designed 2 BHKApartment of around 1000 sq ft. The city is just near to OldPune Road and adjacent to Eastern Express Highway.Project. Hence, connectivity is not be a big deal for me afterbuying an apartment here.

Rustomjee Urbania is one of the most attractive projects inWest Thane as it has connectivity rating of 10. This ispossible as it is close to Old Pune Road and Eastern ExpressHighway. The budget is also as per my expectation.
