I am very impressed with the construction and features of this premium development. Myapartment is extremely wide, and though a little higher up than I wanted, the rooms lookgreat and are decorated lavishly for the residents.

The clubhouse especially is premium grade, and is a quiet place to catch your breath on the weekends. I’m told there are also courts for playing sports like badminton, tennis and volleyball on the grounds, but I have not been there myself yet.

If you want to relax, you can check out the leisure facilities here. I have been to the danceroom, the clubhouse, and the spa so far, and they’re all extremely relaxing.

Located in the posh New Town area of Yelahanka, Puravankara Purva Venezia has a veryelegant style and wide open spaces so you never feel constricted. I was looking for a calm,peaceful place to stay for the next couple of years, and I don’t think I made the wrong choiceat all. The development is smartly located just about half a km away from the YelahankaRoad. It lets me quickly reach anywhere I’m trying to go through its connectivity. With that said, I don’t generally need to go out much, and I don’t think you will either. Thereis a great restaurant on the grounds with both veg and non-veg food, along with a 24-hourinfirmary and round the clock security from both guards and CCTV cameras.

Yelahanka is a suburb older than Bengaluru, located 14 km from the city center. I got many shopping complexes and many grocery shops in every area in this locality. There are also many cafes to entertain and malls around. The locality is close to the airport, hospitals, schools, and colleges. I bought a house in this locality in Bangalore. I live peacefully in this calm, beautiful area. Yelahanka has good roads and lakes. The Canadian International School and Orchids International Schools are the noted schools in the area. I get several top fitness centers in the locality. Many hospitals are around the location. Jakkur Lake is a landmark in this locality. There is no metro connectivity in this area. Also, the Lack of adequate street lights is a safety issue at night in this locality. Read More
