Apart from the drainage problems, the locality provides seamless connectivity to the commuters to different regions of Hyderabad which is the main plus point of the locality. I have observed that there lies the problem of noise pollution, apart from that the locality has a lot of parks for the residents which is the main positive thing in the locality. I would give a total of 4-star ratings out of 5-star ratings. The growing number of cars is the prime source of air pollution. In my opinion, it is a nice place to stay, the network is excellent, and the water and electricity function as they should. A great place to stay and typically a great investment for the future. I was the former owner of Brindavan Apartments in the Mehdipatnam locality. The area is closely connected and has easy access to many amenities in the local neighborhood. It is a fairly calm area closely related to all assumed schools, universities, and daily food needs. Magnificent admission to various city areas. This is where Patencheru, Vikarabad, Bombay Old Street, Hitech City, Gachi Bowli, and Toli Chowki link to the main highway. Amazing Access and a prime location for building a reputable firm.
