I have been at Kapataru Crest for just over a week with my wifenow, and I am thrilled with the quality of life here, which I hadexpected a little bit. The beautiful design of the rooms (we have a3BHK apartment with about 1040 sq. ft of space) gets a specialmention since both I and my wife love our new apartment.

The posh location of Bhandup West is a bonus since it made thisdevelopment very easily reachable from a number of roads likeLBS Marg and Goregoan Mulund Link Road. The facilities hereare comprehensive so we never have to worry much.

There is a power backup for the buildings if there is an outageand a treated water supply available 24/7. For safety, thedevelopment is always under strict guard and even CCTVcameras installed so you can feel safe. You will also find it hasfire fighting systems set up in the halls in case of accidents orfires.

Kalpataru provides a development with absolutely zerocongestion as it is quiet throughout the day. Surprisingly thesports courts are very active and I always manage to findsomebody to play badminton with. There are also people at theyoga area the entire day.

There is a gym at the development too but it is usually very busyduring the day. I have not been to the large swimming pool yet butthe sauna and jacuzzi are both very relaxing to soak in. If youwant a quiet place removed from the city hustle, this is it.
