    The Spring's towers, have a beautiful appearance. The surrounding lush open spaces complement the sumptuous architecture. There is a special children's play area inside the compound as well as a large parking lot.

    During my show-round at The Spring apartments, I was amazed to see that the rooms are quite spacious owing to the amazingly well-planned floor plan designs. The bathrooms come with premium bathroom fittings and the master bedroom has beautiful wall finishes and vitrified tile flooring.

The Roadpali area is a great positioning in my opinion with the locality housing every kind of shop and medical facility. Shopping centers are a lit bit far from this apartment. But it's not too long by car.

    Being a resident of Kalamboli, I have no complaints so far. There are many good hospitals, educational institutes, markets, clinics, and shopping malls in close vicinity. The nearest commercial hub is only 10 km away at Belapur CBD. However, the shortage of water is a critical issue in this locality and the local people rely on water tankers. It has very good proximity to employment hubs and therefore, the locality is very popular among the tenant community.
