    Being a resident of Kalamboli, I have no complaints so far. There are many good hospitals, educational institutes, markets, clinics, and shopping malls in close vicinity. The nearest commercial hub is only 10 km away at Belapur CBD. However, the shortage of water is a critical issue in this locality and the local people rely on water tankers. It has very good proximity to employment hubs and therefore, the locality is very popular among the tenant community. It has very good connectivity with Sion- Panvel Highway, NH-66, NH-48, and Mumbai-Pune Expressway. However, the monsoon is difficult with waterlogging and poor road conditions.
