All in all, it’s a very good deal. The rooms are 1BHK to 3BHK, I think, and pretty affordablegiven they are located in Electronic City.

I also liked the fact that Smondo has places to spend your offtime as well. The lavishlydecorated dance room and clubhouse are great for blowing off steam. I haven’t been thereyet, but this development also comes with an observatory deck where you can see the starson a clear night.

You will also find a very helpful concierge desk, and the receptionist on duty is always happyto deal with any problems I have with my apartment.

I will talk about the rooms first. They are wide, spacious, and already come fully furnished soyou do not have to buy much. An on-site water supply and power backup makes sure youare fully comfortable in your new home and don’t have to spend time in the dark.
