As a person who needs to work for 10 hours a day, I needed a residence that would be near my office. After a thorough browse, I got hold of Vatika INXT Emilia floors which is located at around 3 kms from my office. Being in Gurgaon, the connectivity is superb.

Well, Gurgaon is a working sector, and I was posted two months back in Sector 83 for work. I was looking for an apartment nearby so its easier for me to reach my workplace. Vatika INXT Emilia floors is where I put my trust into as it is in a nearby sector; Sector 82.

Vatika INXT Emilia floors is non dauntedly one of the best residential places in the smart city of Gurgaon. What I loved the most is the connectivity it involves in. It is well connected to almost all the sectors and important commercial and primary service areas like hospitals and markets.

First thing, the entrance is charming and gorgeous. Just by entering the compound it made me feel happy and at home. Enough lighting both in the compound and in the apartment makes my living bright here. I loved how well polished the floors are as well.

Vatika INXT Emilia floors has many numbers of facilities when compared to other basic residential areas. The compound and the apartment are spacious, and ventilation works fine. The parking area, jogging track is sufficient too. The interiors of my flat make it look lavish even though it is a 1BHK flat.
