So the first thing I’ll say is that this is definitely not a cheap development. Both prices and carpet area are above market standard, and if you don’t have a large budget, this might not be the place for you.

Amenities are definitely plentiful and nothing to complain about. I’ve looked at lots of properties over the years and this one luxury development comes with power backup, 24- hour water, round the clock security, and even fire fighting systems in hallways.

In my opinion though the price is very well deserved. Pride Purple Park Grandeur has huge rooms. I myself have a 3BHK apartment with about 2600 sq. ft. of space for me and my family. We’re pretty comfortable and my kids love having their own rooms.

The central location in Baner is another great perk as I need to get to work everyday (I’m a property lawyer so I’m usually very busy). Baner Road is just 0.9KM away and the Gopal Hari Deshmukh Marg is about the same distance away.

Lastly, the recreational factors are pretty acceptable too. Wide lawns surround Pride Purple Park Grandeur on all sides. There’s also a gym, swimming pool, and yoga area for the residents. I’d say it’s a great place for parents to raise their kids, especially considering the security presence at the gate.

Baner is a good locality. Located in the Western part of the city. It has good connectivity to school, college, hospital, bank and market. Round the clock connectivity with all surrounding amenities like Mall Hospitals, Schools/college. Numerous renowned schools and colleges are situated in Baner, alleviating the concerns of parents about education facilities.
