    Kamothe is a residential locality in Navi Mumbai placed adjacent to Mumbai-Pune Expressway. The primary demand driver of the locality is upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport at around 8.5 Km. Some of the nearby established localities are Panvel, Belapur, Kharghar and Taloja. The residential development comprised of mix of low to mid rise Co-operative housing societies and multistory apartments. Some of the reputed residential projects of the locality are Bhoomi Harmony, Krishna Heights, Kailash Heights and Tharwani Residency. The locality has functional connectivity with Mumbai via Sion-Panvel Highway, JNPT Road and Mumbai-Pune National Highway. Sector 10 Kamothe metro station is planned under Phase 2 of the upcoming Navi Mumbai Metro Line. Moreover, under-construction Navi Mumbai International Airport is around 8.5 km from the locality. Panvel railway station is 5.1 km from Kamothe. Belapur Bus Stand and Panvel Bus Stand are in proximity. The Khandeshwar station is near sector 9 where I live and my building is also close to the rickshaw stand. The Express Highway and the National Highway is only 2 minute driving distance from my home. Water blockage due to road construction linking Kamothe and Sion-Panvel roads is the only issue in this locality. Read More

    I live in sector 35 which is a pretty crowded area of Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, and one of the prime locations. Kamothe station is also very close to my home. There are laundries, markets, groceries, laboratories, doctor clinics, and hospitals in the locality. Banks and ATMs are also available in the neighborhood. The locality overlooks open mangroves.
