It's getting hard to find affordable apartments for single guys in Bangalore, so I was a littleworried when I saw how cheap the Aratt Firenza apartments were. Turns out there was noneed for worry: I can only talk about the 1BHK apartments since thats what I got, but itprobably the best price on an apartment you are going to get in Electronic City.

I wanted spacious rooms(I am a neat freak, don't judge me) and thats exactly what I got. The windows are spaced just right to let in a lot of sunlight, and the furnishings are just right to make it luxurious but easy to clean.

It is located in Electronic City (about a little more than 2 kilometres from Hosur Road), so youcan easily get anywhere you need to be. All the markets are close by, and with the on-grounds gym, I dont need to catch a cab just to stay in shape.

The amenities are pretty great too. Firenza has a gym that’s outfitted with everything fromtreadmills to barbells, and lots of sports courts where you can easily find somebody to playwith. There’s a badminton court, squash court, tennis court, and even a cycling track if youwant it.

The biggest relief were the power backups and treated water supply. Electronic Cityapartments I’ve seen so far have been horrible about this, but Aratt Firenza has both apower backup (that can last for hours without trouble) and a treated water supply where youcan get safe drinking water.

I love this place very much. It is a great place to invest in future developments. It's a well-planned locality in Bangalore. Electronic City is well-connected to many parts of Bangalore city. It is a good locality and surrounding with a pleasant environment. Pubs and Resto-bar are within a 1.0 km range, and Wipro is 1.5 km away from this locality. Electronic City is the best locality in Bangalore on my side. This locality has great access to any part of the country as multiple national highways traverse this location. I love to go to Barbeque Nation in my locality. I am very much glad about this. There are many shopping malls and markets available near this locality. Electronic City has an eye-catching infrastructure. It is one of the most looked-after localities in Bangalore. To the north of this area is Hulimavu. Sanjeeva Nagar lies to its east. Various kinds of properties are available in this place. It has surrounded by a lot of trees that I like most. The environment is pleasant to stay in this location. I am a tenant of this locality. I mainly choose this location for affordable properties in Bangalore. There are a lot of different scopes for entertainment and relaxation. All different kinds of amenities are available in the shopping centers nearby. Bannerghatta Biological Park and Thottikallu Falls are the landmarks of this locality. I love Electronic city for several reasons. It provides easy access to commercial hubs. This locality has many affordable properties for residents. It is the information technology hub of the city of Bangalore. It is a prime location with various kinds of amenities. All the natural parks and forests are giving a fabulous opportunity to experience nature. The best way to reach any part of India or Bangalore is by using National Highways 44 and 48 from this locality. Many schools and bank facilities are available here. Read More
