Marathahalli has located on the ORR and Old Airport Road connecting it with various Bangalore destinations. Many reputed builders have congregated in the area to launch residential projects like Bren Avalon, Purva Fountain Square, etc. I think the major issue of no alternate roads in this locality.
I am a happy resident of this locality. This locality has good connectivity with airports, buses, and railway stations. Long-distance buses plying from Bangalore halt at Marathahalli. Here I get several malls like Cosmos Mall, Brookfield Mall, etc. I am nothing worried about the medical facility in my locality. Medihope Super Specialty Hospital, Apollo Cradle, and Aditi Hospital are nearby. Here I get several schools and college options for my daughter. The only problem of this locality is high office concentration in the area causes traffic bottlenecks.
I live in Marathahalli for my job purpose. This locality is connected to Kundalahalli and Old Airport Road through a six-lane rail over-bridge at the junction. The closest rail station has located at Krishnarajapuram, 7.7 km away. So, I can reach my office by railway. Marathahalli hosts a slew of Public and Private Sector Banks and their branches to cater to niche clientele banking needs. I get many fitness centers and gyms in my locality. I love the locality of Marathahalli.
Due to shifting job life, I was there for eight months. I was satisfied with the locality of Marathahalli. The locality is strategically placed at the Outer Ring Road and the Old Airport Road intersection. The neighborhood areas are HAL, Whitefield, KR Puram, Electronic City, and Banashankari of the locality of Marathahalli. There are multiple housing projects in the locality built by eminent builders. The upcoming ORR metro link is another advantage of this locality. Many schools and the localities' hospitals are available nearby.
