The network connectivity of the project needs to be developed a little more. The power-cut problems must be improved to some extent and best services must be developed.

The ground area of the project is quite small which I think needs to be improved a bit. The space for playing outdoor games needs to be improved a bit according to me. I think that there needs to be a bit more amenities.

Smart world orchard designed and has large properties. The gym facilities are ultra modern and equipped with advanced instruments. All facilities come at a proper budget which I liked the most. The connectivity is excellent in this project which is the main advantage.

Smart World Developers is one of the most renowned project developers in this project. I love the greenery and the open space. There is a proper security wall and strong fencing wall around the flat which I liked the most.

I love the construction quality of the smart world orchard. Gurgaon is one of my favorite places and I have a dream home there. Smart world orchard helped me to find my dream house location. It is exactly near Gurgaon sector 61 and is budget friendly.
