I did some research and I could see that Lodha Amara is providing a host of facilities within its building complexes including gyms, swimming pools, clubhouses, amphitheaters, etc. However, there are many other entertainment points near Lodha Amara Thane including Korum Mall, High Street Mall, and Viviana Mall. Some of the best schools near Lodha Amara are Billabong High International School, Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School, R.J. Thakur College and NG Bedekar College. 

Investment scope
Properties in Thane have seen a good growth in the past decade. Considering Lodha Amara is within close proximity of buzzing places in Thane and close to many IT and corporate offices like TCS I think it has a fair growth potential.
