I bought my apartment at Kalpataru Serenity while it was still in construction. It is beingdeveloped by Kalpataru and I’ve heard they are very good developers. There are lots ofroom options available but I bought a 1BHK apartment since I live alone.

Connectivity from Kalpataru Serenity should be easy as the Solapur Road is just under 2 KMaway. The Saswad Road is also a little over 2 KM away from here. You can reach nearbyschools and shopping malls using the Solapur Road.

For me the best parts are the leisure areas. There is a sauna and full treatment spa availablein Kalpataru Serenity. It also has a clubhouse like other luxury developments which is arelaxing place to take a break in the evenings. I especially love the gardens and patios asthey give the place a restful feeling that more central developments can’t match.

It is a semi luxury development so you will find lots of luxury features here. The gymnasiumis available to all residents along with several sports courts for games like badminton, tennisand table tennis. A large swimming pool is front and centre in the development.
