I’m new to writing these, so I might ramble a bit.I bought a Ramky One North apartment for me and my son (2BHK), and was surprised tofind the 800 sq.ft apartment being actually affordable.

Besides all that, it comes with the usual bells and whistles: there’s a 24x7 security presenceat the gates so residents aren’t bothered much, and the usual power backup and treatedwater supply.

I am very happy with the location, as the Ramky One North is just over 3 kilometres(roughly) from the Yelahanka Road. The railway station is around the same distance away,but since I drive a car, the road was more important for me.

The facilities are quite above average if you ask me. The Ramky has a gymnasium witheverything you need to stay in shape, a swimming pool that’s cleaned on the regular, sportscourts for basketball, squash, and tennis, and even open-air yoga areas where a lot of theresidents practice yoga daily. It doesn’t have the daycare centre that a lot of these newdevelopments have, but makes up for it in style with a glamorous clubhouse, a party hall onthe weekends, and a reading library. Read More

I bought a house in this locality in Bangalore. I live peacefully in this calm, beautiful area. Yelahanka has good roads and lakes. The Canadian International School and Orchids International Schools are the noted schools in the area. I get several top fitness centers in the locality. Many hospitals are around the location. Jakkur Lake is a landmark in this locality. There is no metro connectivity in this area. Also, the Lack of adequate street lights is a safety issue at night in this locality. Read More
