Many international schools are located near the project while the NH-8 and Dwarka Expressway are also very accessible. It is what prompted me and wife to invest here. The pricing is good for the sheer space they are providing. Apartments are spacious with nice views and ventilation. Location should be good from investor point of view also. Good location. Lots of amenities although lots of people also to use them. Lots of international schools nearby so happy to shift my kid soon here. Great thing is that NH-8 is just around the corner. So commuting to work gets a little easier for me at least. Overall I am happy with what I am paying for my apartment.
