4. High Court building - New high court building is just next to this project- Last week CJI has laid foundation stone to new high court building here(200 Acres development) and this will enure high degree of safety and security
5. Looking at Prestige`s successful launch many developers are in process of acquiring land parcels here and recently Godrej properties have finalized and bought Acres of land for their project which will be launched in couple of months
