The security is awesome and the environment is also good.Roads are in good condition. Street lights are installed perfectly in streets as well. There is no traffic issues faced. Police patrolling are done regularly,this makes the thieves keeps away and we can walk through the streets safely and this make the surrounding safe. Water is available in everywhere, so there is no problem about the availability of water.
I am a resident of the area for several areas and have been extremely overwhelmed by the various positive aspects of the place. The place has a very well-developed transport system. The water transport service is also well-built. The presence of advanced supermarkets is a great way of attracting new residents to this place.
I have been a tenant of Palava for almost 5 years and have experienced great scenarios throughout the years. The availability of the corporate sector is a security of getting a job sooner than anything. The place is quite friendly and the quality of roads and transport services are pretty convincing. A serious disadvantage of the place is the presence of too many buildings which affects the environment negatively.
The place has been a major residence for tenants as it is a varied option for tenants to dip in. It has a great service of hospitals and supermarkets. The place is good for small families to stay in. I have been a resident of this place for a year and felt that the neighbors are friendly. One big drawback is the lack of tourist spots.
I was a resident of Palava city in the recent past but I have been fond of the city even after leaving it. The place is attractive for people who want to grow in their life and have a successful professional life. The place has over 2 lakh residents. The place is full of corporatism which indicates a growth mindset in the mind of its people.
