Positives: Job accessibility is great lots of tech companies, offices, and business parks are nearby, so office-going is less stressful. The infrastructure is good, metro connectivity, broad roads, good entertainment facilities like malls and restaurants, hospitals and schools nearby. Plus, there are a lot of new apartment projects arising, which provides options in contemporary homes. Negatives: Cost of living is relatively high rent and property rates are also high in comparison to most other parts of Hyderabad. Congestion of traffic is a major problem, particularly during rush hours; roads are full and journey time is longer. Also, from time to time civic issues are present roads that require repairs, some water-logging or drainage issues following heavy rain.

Positives: The ORR is easily accessible, which made me want to invest here some time back. Also, the social infrastructure seems pretty well-developed, including the Inorbit Mall, top-tier schools, hospitals, and so on. Even my nephew studies in the IIT which is just nearby and he can stay with me too. Jubilee Hills, one of the city’s poshest areas, is also just a short drive away, meaning everything there is within touching distance. Negatives: Hi Tech City has become very expensive now and the cost of living has gone up tremendously. Also, the usual issues of noise pollution and traffic jams are there too.

Being the central IT hub of Hyderabad, the demand for housing is always through the roof, which means a direct translation into high rental returns and great, speedy occupancy for my property. The flyovers, broad roads, and uninterrupted Metro connectivity of the world-class infrastructure make sure my capital appreciation continues rising strong each and every year. Negatives: The only tiny downer is that the popularity and continual activity cause the major roads to become clogged, but really, that's just the cost of having property in the most desirable, job-abundant spot within the city. A really strong, high-growth investment.

Established companies and MNC offices generate consistent demand and good employment opportunities, thus making housing here extremely desirable. I have a very well-planned infrastructure with metro connectivity, smooth road connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and several more. I also see new residential developments, gated complexes and serviced apartments catering to both working professionals and families. The daily needs can be easily fulfilled here with malls, restaurants, hospitals and schools being nearby. Negatives: The only disadvantage I would say is that the cost of property and rents is considerably higher in relation to surrounding localities, which can be challenging for first-time buyers.
