    Many parts of Pilkhuwa have witnessed a water crisis in the last few years. Even though the municipality is working on it some concerts persist if you live in the area. The roads are wide but may cause traffic confessions during peak office hours. The location is prime with all conveniences nearby.

The area has seen fast development in the past decade and is expected to be one of the best residential areas on Hapur Road.     As Pilkhuwa is right in the middle of Hapur and Ghaziabad it is situated on a vital arterial road in Delhi. The connectivity options as a consequence are myriad with a lot of available transportation options. The are many bus stops and the nearest railway station is just a few mins away. The area is a bit expensive compared to the neighboring areas and is sometimes hard to justify even if it is a well-developed area. Its position along the Hapur road gives it good connectivity to Ghaziabad as well as Delhi.
