Born and educated in India and now based in the U.A.E., Tanuj Shori is the visionary behind Square Yards' growth into India’s largest and fastest-growing proptech and fintech platform. With over eight years of experience in global capital markets at Standard Chartered Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura across Asia Pacific and the U.S., he brings deep financial expertise and a global perspective to the business.
Under his leadership, Square Yards has evolved into one of the world’s most diversified and trusted real estate advisory platforms. An alumnus of the Indian Institutes of Management, Tanuj also holds certifications from the SEC, FSA, and Asian securities markets.
Kanika Gupta Shori is the Founder & COO of Square Yards, India’s largest integrated real estate marketplace and O2O transaction platform, helping simplify the home-buying journey through end-to-end solutions. Under her leadership, Square Yards has expanded across 10 countries and 40 cities, becoming one of India’s most recognised proptech companies.
A graduate of the Wharton School and an Economics alumna of Delhi University, Kanika brings over a decade of experience across asset management, entrepreneurship, and business strategy. Beyond business, she is actively involved with causes focused on women's empowerment and child welfare, and has been recognised with accolades such as 'Young Achiever' and 'Woman Icon.'
