Nearby the Delhi-Noida border, it has great metro access by way of both Blue and Pink Lines converging at Mayur Vihar-I. Daily markets, the Noida malls, schools such ASN Senior Secondary, plus hospitals are reachable. For the degree of convenience I obtain, renting here seems inexpensive. My top section is jumping on the metro and arriving in central Delhi in minutes.
