I bought my dream house in this area because it strikes a rare mix of livability and connection. Strong educational and medical infrastructure as well as immediate access to Noida via the DND Flyway and Blue/Pink line connections help me to feel grounded in comfort from the metro interchange at Mayur Vihar-I station. My top feature is how simple I may step out for shopping or work and return to a quiet residential environment. Better parking solutions in ancient structures and more morning peak traffic flow are among the items I crave. Still, this is one of Delhi's best options for owning and residing.

Positives: Over a year I have been leasing in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, what first drew me here is how centrally located it feels. Nearby the Delhi-Noida border, it has great metro access by way of both Blue and Pink Lines converging at Mayur Vihar-I. Daily markets, the Noida malls, schools such ASN Senior Secondary, plus hospitals are reachable. For the degree of convenience I obtain, renting here seems inexpensive. My top section is jumping on the metro and arriving in central Delhi in minutes.

Negative

Negatives: Having said that, traffic bottlenecks close the highway could slow things down, and some interior roads and parking look tight and might benefit from more maintenance. For anyone looking for a well-connected rental basis, this site is still recommended.
