shiv vihar is located on the north-eastern side of Delhi. many important locations of delhi are situated around it.  there are many places of historical importance for sightseeing in and around this place. the nearest historical site is the mutiny memorial, built in honor of the delhi field force soldiers. it acts as a connecting point between delhi and ghaziabad.

rohini sector 16 is near places such as  shahdara, mandoli, loni, etc. it is surrounded by dlf ankur vihar, karawal nagar, dilshad garden, and khazoori khas. it is flooded with a variety of commercials, malls, parks, etc., in nearby places. indira park is the most visited park in this area. 

in addition to recreational areas, it also has many clinics and hospitals. jeevan jyoti hospital is a well-maintained and clean hospital near this location. along with this, there are both national and international airports close to the locality. property buyers can choose from independent houses and residential plots. the property rates in this location are not very high.
