Living in Sector 27 makes me very content. The primary benefit here, in my opinion, is the central position. My experience as a renter is excellent because I am so near my office in Sector 18. Walking distance to the Sector 18 Metro station I take every day is the major benefit I see. For medical crises, I recommend Kailash Hospital; CIMT College is rather well-known locally. I rent only for business reasons. The regular police patrols make me feel quite secure. I believe this area is rather reasonable. The lack of visitor parking really irritates me. The primary issue is the ancient drainage system needing immediate upgrades before the monsoon.

Sector 27 is where Noida's most comfortable lifestyle for living. Being walking distance from Atta Market and Sector 18 Metro is, in my opinion, a huge victory for my customers. My recommendations always stress how unique it is to have Cambridge School and Kailash Hospital right here. As the neighborhood is always bustling and well-lit, I think the roads are quite safe for ladies at night. I see people delighting in the several little neighborhood parks for fresh air. I observe office employees bringing my investors an extremely high rental return. I believe the obsolete drainage lines and congested roadside parking really have to be addressed. This spot makes city living very simply.

Near me, Somerville and DPS are schools I feel good about. Due to patrolling and a good crowd, I feel secure here even late at night. Morning strolls close to Noida Golf Course and nearby parks are something I love. With good professional rentals, I believe my investment is justified. I advocate more rapid road repair and better drainage; monsoons need rapid correction here.

Positives: I am a fairly content owner, and I want to emphasize some sincere advantages of this community. I believe a great benefit is the closeness to the Great India Place mall and DND Flyway. Having resided here for years, I have seen the industry keep its green cover wonderfully. Having Cambridge School close by is rather crucial for families, I believe. Negatives: I have observed some service gaps, though. The pressure of the water in our taps is frequently poor, and the street lights in back lanes are occasionally feeble. These are changes I particularly hope to see soon to help us live better.

Negatives: At last, the piles of trash on the major roads upset me greatly. The authority has to immediately address this important issue for a greener environment.

Positives: I lived in Sector 27 and I had a really simple existence there. The most local shopping I loved was Atta Market. The rapid metro connection for my commute was my primary benefit. I really enjoyed going at the DLF Mall of India not far away. Reaching Sector 16, my office hub, was quite straightforward for me. I appreciated the education at Vishwa Bharati and the medical treatment provided at Max Hospital. During my late strolls, I felt the surroundings were safe for me. For its natural beauty, I also travelled the Okhla Bird Sanctuary close by.

Negatives: Stacks of trash on the street edges. I believed quick action was required for the local cleaning.

Positives: Section 16 Film City hub is close by. Being so close to the Atta Market and Great India Place, I believe, is the best feature of this place. To go across Delhi and Noida fast, I ride the Blue Line metro daily. Understanding Vinayak Hospital is only a few minutes away for any emergency makes me feel secure. Though the area is mainly apartment structures, I find the local parks' green to be appealing.

Negatives: I believe the lack of adequate street illumination in the inner lanes is the primary issue. I think that the cleanliness surrounding the marketplace sometimes leaves much to be desired. Fixed sewer lines and more night-time security are two things I desire.

Positives: I am somewhat glad and I like how different this area is for its mature trees and focal atmosphere. It is perfectly set close to the Sector 18 commercial center. Being a tenant is great because I can quickly reach all I require. Connectivity and nearby attractions like Worlds of Wonder are the main advantages of this location. Very nearby, I use the Sector 16 metro station.

Negatives: Though the area is mostly inexpensive, the rentals on the older homes strike me as extremely high. Although safety is good, some areas close to the Indira Market have noted minor snatching. I absolutely need better road care and local sewage pipe enhancements that frequently choke.

Positives: Sector 27 is beautiful and the ideal place for lining. Being close to the commercial centre is, in my opinion, a big advantage. Every day, I love the upbeat environment of my community. Because it is so near, Kailash Hospital experiences are really good. I love that my kids attend the nearby, prestigious Cambridge School. From the Sector 18 Metro station, I get great travel perks. I believe the area is rather secure.

Negatives: I am let down by the lack of enough parking for my vehicle. My proposal is to upgrade the inner lane street illumination. I have very negative encounters with the drainage during rain. I need better infrastructure.

Positives: Sector 27 is close to Noida. Because the Sector 18 Metro Station is close, I believe the site is really helpful.
