Not only does Civil Lines have metro connectivity, but it is also very close to the airport. There are some educational hubs such as Mukherjee Nagar for coaching school and college students. On the weekends the local people mostly spend time watching cinemas in the multiplex, theatres, and hanging out in shopping malls and markets. The locality is known for its European-style hotels and it has very good connectivity to Delhi University North Campus.

I used to live in Civil Lines a long time back and it was indeed one of the best neighborhoods except for the fact that it was expensive with parking issues and low-maintenance parks. Pollution was yet another problem I faced. However, it was very good in terms of connectivity and transport. The availability of metro rail, bus service, autos, and cabs made it easier for daily commuting to work.

I own an apartment in Civil Lines and it is one of the best localities I have ever lived in. The area I live in is less crowded and very peaceful as well and compared to many other localities in Delhi, Civil Lines is much safer due to regular surveillance and police patrolling. Adding to the convenience of society are the local markets including Kamla Nagar. I am very satisfied.

One of the major concerns in Civil Lines is that the hospitals are too far from the neighborhood I live in and cabs are not available all the time. However, I have no complaints regarding the electricity and water supply. The locality has proximity to all the major points of the city, and the roads are well-maintained as well. One of the biggest facilities in Civil Lines is the metro connectivity.

I have been living in Civil Lines for a long time now and it is a very good locality in terms of environment, commuting, places of interest and transport. It has proximity to reputed educational institutes, banks, and ATMs and meets the residential needs of the people very well. Where safety is concerned, Civil Lines is a very safe and secure community. Police patrolling ensures even more safety at night.
