Overview

The Square Yards Rewards and Referral Programme allows existing registered customers to earn reward points by referring others to Square Yards group services — including property buying through Square Yards, property management and rentals through Azuro, home interiors through Interior Company, and home loans through Urban Money. When a referred person completes a qualifying milestone for the relevant service, reward points are credited to the referrer's account. Points can be redeemed through the programme's authorised rewards platform for a range of vouchers, gift cards, and other rewards.

The programme is open to all customers who are registered on the Square Yards mobile app, maintain an active account, and are 18 years of age or older. Participation requires acceptance of the programme's Terms and Conditions through the in-app consent mechanism at the time of enrolment.

Submit the referred person's details through the Square Yards app. The referral is recorded from the date of submission. Reward points are credited only once the referred person completes the qualifying milestone for the relevant service — points are not credited at the enquiry stage alone. Each referral remains valid for 90 days from the date of submission. If the qualifying milestone is not completed within this window, the referral lapses.

Qualifying Milestones

Reward points are unlocked only when the referred customer completes the specific milestone defined for each service:

• Property buying (Square Yards): The referred client has paid at least 50% of the property value, property registration has been completed, and Square Yards has received 100% of the applicable brokerage from the developer. All three conditions must be met.
• Interior Company: The referred client has paid at least 50% of the total project cost.
• Azuro (Owner referral – property management): The property management engagement has been formally activated and the tenant has completed the rental transaction.
• Azuro (Tenant referral – rental services): The tenant has completed the rental transaction and the first rent payment has been successfully recorded.
• Urban Money (Home loan): The referred client's home loan has been disbursed.

Yes. You can refer the same person to more than one Square Yards group platform, and each qualifying transaction on a different platform is treated as a separate referral. However, a referral for the same person on the same platform can only be counted once.

Only the referrer with the earliest recorded submission receives the reward points. All other referrers receive no points for that referral.

There is currently no cap on the number of people you can refer. Square Yards reserves the right to introduce a maximum referral limit per account with prior notice to users.

Points & Redemption

Points can be redeemed exclusively through the authorised Square Yards rewards platform for a range of vouchers, gift cards, and other rewards. A minimum balance of 1,500 points is required before redemption can be initiated. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash, or refunded under any circumstances.

Yes. Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date of credit. Points not redeemed within this period expire automatically with no cash equivalent. Square Yards will send a reminder at least 15 days before expiry. Points in accounts that have been inactive for 12 continuous months are also liable to expiry, with prior notice.

If a qualifying transaction is cancelled or reversed after points have been credited, those points will be revoked within 7 business days and you will be notified via registered email or in-app notification. Revoked points cannot be reinstated, even if the same transaction is later re-executed.

You can track your referral activity, points earned, and redemption history through your account on the Square Yards app. For queries about a specific referral or points balance, contact the customer support team through the app.

Fair Use & Disputes

Referral details submitted must be accurate and genuine. Self-referrals, fabricated referee details, or any coordinated attempt to game the system will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of all accrued points, and may lead to account suspension. Points will also not be credited where the same transaction is already receiving any other referral incentive, brokerage benefit, or promotional credit under a separate Square Yards scheme — double-dipping is not permitted.

Disputes relating to non-crediting of points, milestone verification, or redemption issues must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event. Write to contact@myrewards.squareyards.com. Square Yards will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to resolve the grievance within 15 working days. Grievances submitted beyond the 30-day window may not be entertained.
